What is the new line and what changes with respect to the previous service?
The A3700 network is the new intercity transport service that connects Bilbao, Left Bank, Right Bank and Vitoria-Gasteiz in both directions, including the NEW SERVICES from LOIU and FORONDA AIRPORTS. New timetables, new payment methods with bat, barik, mugi and bank card. Possibility to book a seat online and pay on the bus. New discount vouchers. Renewed bus fleet and image. What lines does the service include?
It is made up of 5 main lines:
A3714: Bilbao > Vitoria-Gasteiz (by motorway)
A3718: Left Bank > Vitoria-Gasteiz
A3719: Right Bank > Vitoria-Gasteiz
A3712: Bilbao > Vitoria-Gasteiz (via Arratia)
A3720: Vitoria-Gasteiz > Foronda Airport > Loiu Airport and Bilbao (from Bolueta, Santa Ana) to Foronda Airport.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Purchase channels and payment methods:
- www.autobuseslaunion.com or APP for the occasional ticket and ALU digital discount vouchers.
- Station ticket offices. Intermodal Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz, only occasional ticket, cash and bank card payment. See timetables
- Bus, with Bat/Barik/Mugi General Monedero cards, bank card or cash. In these cases it is advisable to make a SEAT RESERVATION through www.autobuseslaunion.com/app.
- Self-service ticket machines at bus stations for occasional tickets, payment in cash and bank card.
How do I travel to Foronda and Loiu Airports?
See timetables, daily service from Monday to Sunday. Summer timetable from 1st July to 30th September and winter timetable from 1st September to 30th June.

- Calle Cadena and Eleta (next to the New Cathedral, Vitoria-Gasteiz).
- Vitoria-Gasteiz Bus Station (Plaza Euskaltzaindia)
- Foronda Airport (only with previous reservation)
- Bolueta- Santa Ana (Bilbao) (only with previous reservation)- Stops at Santa Ana nº115 (Bizkaibus stop) next to the metro stop, in the Vitoria-Gasteiz direction at Santa Ana nº20.
- Bilbao Airport (Loiu)
Fares. Occasional ticket without discount, only FN discounts apply (20% or 50%). Children under 6 years old free, must carry ticket.
How do I reserve a seat and then pay for the ticket on the bus with BAT/BARIK/MUGI cards, BANK CARD or cash?
If you wish to pay on the bus with BAT, BARIK, MUGI, bank card or cash, we recommend that you reserve your seat in advance. Through www.autobuseslaunion.com/APP, RESERVE button, you must register and from this process you can make reservations for the days, route and times you wish to travel. You must cancel your reservation if you do not travel. Failure to cancel if you do not travel is subject to penalty.
How can I cancel or modify a booking?
From your profile on the website or app: modifications and cancellations up to 2 hours before the trip. Only one change is allowed. Once a change has been made, the system does not allow you to cancel the booking.
